NEW DELHI: BJP lawmaker D P Vats demanded the government to issue instruction to all PSUs, banks and insurance companies to allow women employees to avail child care leave for a maximum of two years during their entire service for taking care of their minor children.
Currently women employees working in banks and insurance companies have not got the benefit of child care leave.
