Step 1: Heat ghee in a kadhai, and add gond into it. Keep sauteeing it on low-medium flame. Remove gond from the pan and let it cool. Meanwhile, keep a mixture of cashew nuts, almonds and pista crushed together.
Step 2: Roast this dry fruit mixture with some ghee. Add poppy seeds to it. Mix well. To enhance the flavour, add coconut powder and blend it all well.
Step 3: Crush the roasted edible gum you had kept aside.
Step 4: Take soft dates, remove the seeds and prepare a coarse powder out of it.
Step 5: Take some ghee in a kadhai, and melt some ghee into it. Put dates and cook until it leaves the pan. Gradually, add crushed gond and dry fruits mixture as well. For the flavour, put cardamom powder, and dry ginger powder. Finally, add grated nutmeg and mix well.
Step 6: Take a plate and put butter paper on it. Spread some ghee and put the mixture on the plate. Cut it into pieces and enjoy!
