The RRB officers are not able to tell anything clearly about the absence of candidates in the examination for which the candidates were eagerly waiting, although they say that there are strict security arrangements in the examination, this could be a reason. .On the first day 51.13 percent candidates appeared in the examination.

In the Computer Based Test (CBT) on the first day 18760 candidates left the exam. Out of 38392 candidates shortlisted at 44 examination centers, 19632 candidates appeared.The percentage of candidates who did not take the exam was 48.86.52.33 percent candidates appeared in the second day’s examination.Out of 37953 candidates, 19861 candidates appeared and 18092 candidates left the examination. Apart from Prayagraj, it is running at the examination centers of Kanpur, Aligarh, Moradabad, Roorkee, Dehradun, Gwalior, Jhansi, Agra.
