Union Minister Piyush Goyal’s Twitter said with a video showing Vande Bharat Express, formerly known as Train 18, zooming past a platform at ‘lightning speed’ backfired when Twitter users — including some Congress party members — pointed out that the video was played in a ‘fast forward’ mode. On Sunday, Goyal twitted a video of the Vande Mataram Express ‘zooming past at lightning speed’.
“It’s a bird…It’s a plane…Watch India’s first semi-high speed train created under ‘Make in India’ initiative, Vande Bharat Express zooming past at lightning speed,” Goyal stated in a tweet. Soon, Congress spokesperson Khushbu Sundar replied claiming that he changed the ‘frame speed’. “Tch tch tch..how much more the BJP will stoop..Piyush ji this is digital India, a dream of #RajivGandhiji..if you increase the frame speed it will clearly give away as it does here..don’t try too hard..truth is not your cup of tea… PM ji should know better Na??” she stated in a tweet.
